These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Fast Secure VPN mobile application ("App"), provided by the Fast Secure VPN Team ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a personal Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not permit you to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the App

  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App

  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity, including (but not limited to) hacking, malware distribution, copyright infringement, child exploitation, terrorism, spam, or violation of any local, national, or international law

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage our servers, infrastructure, or the App's functionality

  • Use the App in any way that violates the rights of others

  • Circumvent restrictions imposed by third-party services or platforms through use of the App

  • Engage in any automated or high-volume use that unreasonably burdens the service

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor use and to suspend or terminate access if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms the App, our infrastructure, or other users.

4. No Warranty / Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee specific performance, availability, security against all threats, complete anonymity, or compatibility with all networks or devices. Use of the App is at your own risk.

VPN services may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in some countries or under certain circumstances — you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (INCLUDING OUR DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is provided free of charge).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. You must uninstall the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
